RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We want to make returns easy for you! You have 14 days from your order date to request a return (See "How do I make a return?" below for more details).
 
Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s) to receive a full refund applied to your original method of payment. Any return shipped more than 7 days from the return request date will be eligible for store credit only.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items are eligible for return, including sale items, except those marked "Final Sale."
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at our discretion), such as any item not in its original condition or an item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

Returns are free for domestic (U.S.) customers; provided with a pre-paid USPS label . If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. Any customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable from us, however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How do I make a gift exchange?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you'll need you to contact the purchaser for their email address and order # to start a return.

When can I expect my refund?

After approval of your return, you should receive a refund to your original form of payment within 1-3 days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or with your credit card company, as processing may be occurring on their end before your refund is officially posted.

ORDER ISSUES

I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

We hope that you never have an issue with your order, but in the case that an item is missing, please contact us using the form to the right and we will resole the issue with you promptly!

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We strive to ensure that you never receive an item that is defective or damaged. In the case of an issue, we will happily replace the item at no cost to you or provide you with a refund should you not want an exchange. If you received an item with damage/defections upon receipt, please contact us using the form to the right!

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you received a damaged/defective product and do not wish to exchange, we will refund your entire order, including your shipping costs.
