We want to make returns easy for you! You have 14 days from your order date to request a return (See "How do I make a return?" below for more details).

Once you have requested a return, you have 7 days to ship your item(s) to receive a full refund applied to your original method of payment. Any return shipped more than 7 days from the return request date will be eligible for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items are eligible for return, including sale items, except those marked "Final Sale."

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (at our discretion), such as any item not in its original condition or an item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Returns are free for domestic (U.S.) customers; provided with a pre-paid USPS label . If your order has been sent to a destination outside of the US, you are responsible for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. Any customs, duties, and sales taxes are not refundable from us, however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or with your credit card company, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We hope that you never receive an item that is defective or damaged and will happily replace it at no cost to you. If you need to exchange an item due to damage/defections that the item had upon receipt, please contact us

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, you'll need you to contact the purchaser for their email address and order # to start a return.
